Where can I find a functional programming js mentor?

I want to better master the paradigm of functional programming. I'm interested in how FP is used in large projects, what is the file structure. For js, the topic is quite new and all materials cover fairly basic things. Far from real problems. Looking for a person who needs help or has time to give me tasks and do a code review.
PS Or can you advise some open source projects on js where you need help?

Does functional programming have any standard?
There is OOP and there is functional, we can say that these are opposites.
In OOP, data is primary, in functional - functions, that's all.
