Where can I find a file search utility in Win7 that works without indexing and searches by content?

I'm looking for a Win7 file search utility that works without indexing (this is important), and searches through the contents of files. Similar to the search that was in WinXP. If it were also built into the context menu of the explorer, it would be ideal. Search speed doesn't matter.
The problem is a huge number of files and directories on network drives. There is no way to index them, even Everything can't cope. At the same time, the subdirectory in which the search is performed is always known. There was an ideal search in winXP, on win7 I can’t find suitable utilities (without indexing, with search by file content, preferably built into the shell and understanding Russian letters)
