We are talking about the following animation:

When opening the admin area in Wix, prototypes of tiles / buttons are drawn on the page, as it were, in which there is no real data, but there is such an unobtrusive gradient animation. Then the gradients are replaced with real texts/icons.
What is it called, are there any other examples that you can see, run?
