There is a project that sells various author's training courses in electronic format, and mostly users download them to themselves via the Internet (although delivery on disks by mail is possible). All information products are not our own, but foreign authors (mostly Russian).

It is necessary to draw up the necessary documents very competently , an offer agreement that the author transfers to me the right to resell these products on his website at the agreed prices, the right to use the texts of descriptions, reviews, photos for their courses, etc.
You also need to draw up a number of other documents related to copyright in these matters.

All documents should ideally be in the form of a public offer on the site, so that you do not have to meet with each author individually and personally sign agreements on cooperation and conditions with each.
