Guys, please tell me where you can download a ready-made or perhaps not very, typical sales script for a web studio.
Like when operators click on different steps.

If by "cold calls" you mean simply having a phone number, then everything is bad. Nowadays, you can at least find out some details about the legal entity or individual entrepreneur that you consider potential clients. And then you can
try to find a detail to hook the client (price / package of services / service / ...). So your scripts are better. Dealing with objections is a separate issue. The main thing is that employees always have an answer to the client's question, strict adherence to the script very often leads to the loss of the client.
