Where can I find a board with Android, Bluetooth, LCD ~4, -20 C?

Hello! The question is very serious for me. Are there any debugging boards in nature that would combine the following advantages:
1) Android 4.0 and higher (but it doesn’t matter, and 2) the main thing is out of the box;
2) LCD ~ 4" with a touch screen (the main thing is that Android understands it as native);
3) Bluetooth 2.1 and higher (the main thing is that Android understands it as native);
4) no more than 20 tr;
5) operating temperature -20 degrees Celsius - + ...;
6) consumption <1 A from 5 V.
Maybe someone knows, tell me please. I found only Beagle Board Black but it seems to be from 0 degrees.

I don’t think that any of the manufacturers of such devices will indicate <0, firstly, batteries are not comfortable at this temperature, to put it mildly, and secondly, moisture can form and quickly disable the device. I think if this is needed, then something is wrong with the very formulation of the problem. Why did you need an Android device running in the freezer?
