How to get rid of messages like "Vkontakte is not allowed to determine the current location" in Android 4.4?

I love limiting apps. I don’t give them access to geolocation, contacts, the Internet, and so on, but here’s the problem: some particularly persistent applications “ping” the requested function so hard that a message like:

Vkontakte is forbidden to determine the current location

Sometimes they just firmly settle at the bottom of the screen and do not leave until you restart the smartphone. They interfere with seeing the keyboard while typing, the text and generally interfere.
Is there any way to suppress these messages, make them not appear, or appear only once?
(method: "give them permission already" do not offer)

No. Only developers write. I'm so infuriated by the application from MTS, which insistently wants access to the phone book (and of course gets a bummer-s) - after every second update they have to be reminded
