Theoretically possible.
But for practical implementation, you will need software that is difficult to find or simply does not exist.
And so, with knowledge of the firmware algorithm and programming skills, no one bothers to do it.

The software is for PC only. There is a technical possibility. It's just that no one has made a program for this.
Well, you need firmware drivers for Android, Odin for ARM and a completely different axis. At the same time, one person in a million needs it. Others will just find a laptop for an hour.

for flashing android phones, you need adb and android sdk, compiled respectively for this platform (smartphone processor)
to do this is real but very difficult (I repeat, the sdk version for adb and the phone being flashed must match)
for example, you can start from here (this is for 4 android but there follow the links for more information)
ps there is still an option, start the emulator, forward the usb port, but at least root is required, I did not quickly find instructions, i.e. either it is very simple and does not require additional documentation, or vice versa it is difficult and few people have implemented
