Is it safe to use the Binance app on Android with Proton VPN in a restricted jurisdiction?
I use VPN Proton on my desktop and I hesitate to use the BINANCE app on Android because I'm afraid that somehow the app can access the location data despite the denial of such access or otherwise compromise the account in some other way.

Binance has a mandatory KYC procedure. Without it, accounts work only for withdrawing funds.
vpn is a very unreliable protocol, in the sense that if for some reason it is disabled, without proper routing settings, applications will connect to the Internet without it.
It is better to use a proxy (socks is easier), though not any browser on a smartphone can work through it (use firefox), because if there are problems on the vps, the browser will simply stop connecting.
