adb how to get list of home screen apps?

Is it possible to find out through ADB which applications (shortcuts) are on the main screen?
For example, through: adb shell settings get global wifi_onyou can find out the status of WiFi, how to implement this only with the application screen?

No. The launcher is just an application.
