How to clear phone memory?

Several times I installed custom, but there was a sharp desire to return all the dining room. It turned out to return the shell, but there are problems with the memory. Of the maximum available 64 GB, the firmware recognizes only 53. I read somewhere that these 11 GB can be occupied by hidden files created during the installation of the firmware (various backups). When connected to a computer, only 47 GB is displayed on the disk (the rest is occupied by the current system). How can these files be deleted?

Most likely, this is just the system.
Also note that 64 GB is not 64 GB at all, but somewhere around 57-58 GB.
