I really needed this program to study AES, but I couldn’t find it anywhere.

There, at the end where the description of the program is shown,

the program is written in C # and consists of two elements - the file Rijndael.dll, containing the implementation of the encryption algorithm, and the demo application RijndaelDemo.exe. The application requires Windows OS with .NET Framework v1.1 installed.
