Where can I download a map of administrative regions of all countries in the world in KML format?

Suddenly gadm.org broke, where can I download the map of the administrative division of countries now? Preferably in KML/KMZ format.

From OCM, you can pull out data containing the necessary tags, via overpass-turbo.eu it also has export to kml.
You can take a search blank for overpass from the corresponding page wiki.openstreetmap.org and finish it for yourself.
Yandex takes the boundaries of the regions also from the OCM.
