Where can I buy? Googled on the picture - it only gives reviews of the case.
In the reviews I found the name: "hard drive sled", but the name again is all wrong.

Do you have a specific case?
It is unlikely that anyone sells such small components separately, except perhaps the manufacturing plant itself, which pays the salary to the Chinese with just such gizmos.
There are screws for hard drives, you can improvise.
It is enough to fasten 2 bolts on one side and that's it.

ps Another option is to find the same case on Avito for cheap and beg for a sled.
But in appearance they are pretty standard, so try going to the service center of any large computer hypermarket first.

It's not entirely clear what you need and why.
"hard drive sled" is needed to install a STANDARD 2.5" HDD in a STANDARD 3.5" slot.
I specifically highlighted the word standard so that you understand that if necessary, any sled will suit you, not necessarily the ones in your picture. Of course, this is a necessity when a 2.5" HDD needs to be inserted into a 3.5" bay.
