Where can I buy an academic license for Microsoft Windows 10 and Office?

I have been struggling for several days trying to find where to buy an academic license for Windows and Office. It exists, it is written about it on the Microsoft website, but I can’t find where exactly to buy it - at least you crack it. Can someone please share a link directly to the store?

This type of license can only be purchased by legal entities through the Microsoft Authorized Partner Network.
