Nowhere. You can't buy a domain. You can buy the right to create and administer a TLD - if you are an oligarch :)
Domains are rented. Usually for a year. And here, almost like in ... substances - the first dose is free. That is, the first year will be either a completely ridiculous price or even free, if you buy hosting there. But from the second year it starts very interesting - they roll out the full cost, which may turn out to be significant :)
Therefore, look at the price of the lease extension, and not the price of the first year.
