Where can I buy a Chrome extension?

Things are such that google gradually began to "kill" extensions from the browser. All extensions published after November 2016 cannot be installed in Goggle Chrome on windows.
But if the extension was published before November, then it can be freely updated in the Chrome store. So, where can I buy an already published extension ??
