Your problem is not the impossibility of finding a marketer/companion/comrade for joint activities, but the reliability of working with the found person!
Solve this problem: minimizing the risks of your project.

Conduct all work interactions digitally remotely so that you can quickly change this person to a new one (under any circumstances).
PS: People work remotely in groups of 30-50 people with a constant "turnover" from different parts of the world only with NDA and everything is fine with them, tk. the process of working on the project is well organized ...
