Where can a freelancer get a quality audit?

in fact, my experience in web programming is 5 years, and I survive for 400 rubles per hour at best, although they tear it off with my hands ..
I would like to squeeze the maximum out of my capabilities, understand what my mistakes are when working with clients, choosing activities, and see prospects.
I'm ready to pay normally, and if the result is rewarded again ... It's
just really insulting, you know so much, you know how and you can - and you get at best like a standard office worker.
Thank you all for the replies! I think the topic is over.
Unless, of course, someone has experience in hiring a mentor, ordering an audit -! Wellcome! it will be very interesting to hear.

@opium

I think it's logical to just change the exchange to odesk.com

As a person who has encountered Bitrix and started his freelance career right away with 450 rubles per hour, let me say this:
1. Learn to value and sell yourself. For 5 years of experience, you have a rate of 400 rubles per hour. Someone has less experience and earns 40-50-70 dollars per hour (and these are real people, you just need to analyze how many people get on the dress). Are you not offended?
2. Do not be afraid to take risks and try new things: to put it mildly, only people in our beautiful country need Bitrix. For they managed to find a niche for themselves and sell it here (partly due to integration with 1c, in my opinion).
But why do you need it? There is some kind of imaginary specialization "Bitrix programmer", from which it will be, in my opinion, quite simple to switch to Magento. If you were able to somehow figure it out in the Bitrix documentation, then the rest, it seems to me, will be given without difficulty.

for now, I would like not to change direction, but to do it on Bitrix, because already established process
- and forget about such phrases if you want to receive more than 400 rubles per hour. If the process has been established here, it will improve in another niche. You are a php / js programmer with five years of experience, what problems can there be with changing one cms to another?
As for expensive sites on Bitrix, without your web studio, you are unlikely to sell the site for 200-300k (and they sell themselves quite well for more money). It's just that it's much easier to retrain on Magento/Wordpress/Joomla/Yii and start making money now than to organize a web studio.
3.
and I get by on 400 rubles / hour at best, although they tear off with my hands
- here it is quite unclear. How? How can you be "torn off with your hands" and get by on the same price? Try to raise the price immediately by 50%. Believe me, there will be no less money (and even vice versa).
Forgive, if anything, for harsh remarks, I hope they will help you. You will succeed, you just need to think a little wider. Believe me, if you had a friend who earns 3 times more per hour, and your rate would have been different for a long time.
