Freelancing, Patent system?

Freelancer (web design, layout).
I want to open an individual entrepreneur and make the 62nd patent (software development)
Naturally, my activity and patent activity are two completely different things (although both are related to working on a computer). What is the probability that the tax will check what I really do? (I mean agreements with LLC). Income <1M per year
And one more question. In order not to pay extra money to the FIU, you need to take into account in KUDiR <300k per year. Theoretically, the tax patent holder will not deeply check for unrecorded income (because he pays a fixed tax), and you can safely spend amounts above 300k per year on another account?

Income <1M in year
With such an income, thinking about a patent is pointless.
Well, remember that kroilovo leads to popadalov.
If any of this is not obvious, I can explain in more detail with numbers.

Well, if you still want to deceive everyone, isn't it easier not to open the IP so as not to leave unnecessary traces?

No one will distinguish layout from programming. For tax you are a "programmer" anyway.
And one more question. In order not to pay extra money to the FIU, you need to take into account in KUDiR <300k per year.
1% for IP on the Patent taxation system is calculated from the potential income from the patent. I have 170,000 there. It doesn't matter what I have in KUDiR.
