The more you type, the more this memory will be developed. You will simply imagine a letter in your mind, for example, "u", and then blindly press a key, and it will be that letter. For example, I typed this text blindly using this technique, and made only two random typos.
The conclusion is that the best way to learn blind typing is to practice the actual typing.
