You need a reminder / alarm clock program with the following functionality:
1) The user can assign his own mp3 file (or any other file) to the call.
2) The program can be configured so that every, for example, 20 minutes, it notifies the user about something with a sound notification (and preferably a text one too).
Platform: windows.

Start -> Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Task Scheduler.
Add a task and configure (I didn’t study further). Once used to turn on the computer on time (every day).
