Where are viber calls and sms growing from?

I have already seen that people sell telephony with termination on viber at ridiculous prices and even with cli, and yesterday I paid through liqpay and those SMS with the authorization code were sent instead of SMS, as before, to viber.
Did someone open the api or do they have contracts with viber?

They don't have an open API.
You can send Viber messages via API only through various third-party services that have written their own Viber mailing software. I know only one such service, so as not to make advertising, I can drop contacts if you write in a personal or Skype: ioartamonov
