Are there alternatives to asterisk/freeswitch for organizing telephony/call center?

There is a task - a one-time run into the wilderness, raise the call center + telephony by ~ 30 people. and forget forever.
The qualification of local operators is zero, there are no admins at all.
Is there any suitable software for a call center out of the box in nature, so that:
- completely free
- does not fall
- a lot of beautiful and diverse reports, time tracking, call recording, etc.
- worked through a simple and understandable web face in Russian
freepbx, fusionpbx showed - they did not master it.
