Where are these hotkeys in Visual Studio Code?

Good evening!
Moved to Visual Studio Code after subime.
A little out of the ordinary. Namely, I just can't find the key combination:
Ctrl + Shift + D on the sublime - duplicates the line;
Ctrl + down or up arrow - moves the given line up or down;
Ctrl + mouse wheel pressed - Selects all the places where the cursor is hovering;
