Where are the merchant tools in Advcash?

I don't know where to generate API name and Security Word in Advcash... The documentation says

In the Merchant tools section on the front-end, operations for managing
your Merchant API are available

But I don't see "merchant tools" anywhere

Where can I get the handler file? Status processing verification page or merchant is also called.
