At what stage does Payoneer ask for document scans?

I created an account there and they only asked me for my passport number. The card was sent, but it's dumb to use until I pass full verification. It is not clear when they start this process? It is very inconvenient if, as soon as the money arrives, they freeze everything and start fucking the brain.
You will also need to connect the US Payment Service.
