PayPal is dumb. If the account is for a resident of the Russian Federation, then the money is withdrawn to an account in a bank of the Russian Federation. And these are taxes. In addition, PayPal has permanent notices of debits. This is very bad for conversions.

What's the problem with LikPay?
We have an interkassa, we process anything, money - to the Ukrainian card of PrivatBank, tax - nevermind.
