How to accept commission from money transfers on the site?

I want to make a site for hand-made for Eastern countries, here hand-made is developed, but there is little on the Internet. In general, the seller exposes the goods, for example, handmade soap, he exposes 100 rubles. When a buyer buys his product, then from 100 rubles, which he pays, 5% went to my account and the rest to the seller's account. How to implement this using which function or which program in more detail, please be grateful. Thanks in advance.

Normally.
First you need to sell something to someone and get money for it through a payment system or something else.
It is necessary to share the skin of a bear after, this has nothing to do with the sale itself. These are 2 different processes.
After you have received the money, you can send further as you like and as much as you like, most likely by hand, because there are not very many services for sending funds, and of those that are, you still have to go through 10 circles of hell to start using it.
So there are no ready-made "payment systems so that 5% is for me, and the rest goes to someone else."
Again, we have not even begun to raise legal issues, because you can’t just take and receive / distribute money.

There has long been a popular well-known marketplace for handmade https://www.etsy.com/
Can you compete with it?
Need more information
Which countries are the buyers from? What currencies are paid and what payment methods?
What countries are the sellers from? In what currencies do they receive money?
For the Russian Federation, the decision on payments is here https://kassa.yandex.ru/secure-deal/
Here I wrote about the organization of the marketplace How do marketplaces work in Russia?
There is a simple payment option like etsy does: buyers pay directly to the seller's paypal account.
Etsy itself bills sellers monthly for their services and gets paid later.
