Where are the bubbles in the solution?

I poison PP with hydrogen peroxide and citric acid and the solution often releases air bubbles, why does this happen?

Probably because the water used is not distilled or the acid is dirty.
Peroxide loves to give off oxygen when there are impurities, and insoluble ones.
For example, manganese oxide is insoluble, and oxygen will drive out all of the peroxide.
