Where are individual c# programming courses?

Hello. I have been studying and trying to understand the logic of the C# language for a year now. I have not yet achieved understanding, but I really want to feel like a "fish input", at least when writing bad code, but working. Most often, the programming process looks to me, I write it works, I do it because it works, but I don’t have a complete understanding of why it works this way. I would like to take some refresher courses or individual lessons with a teacher, so that I could learn or chew on something that is not clear to me.
Maybe someone knows where we have something similar in Moscow and Moscow. region Not to offer a specialist, I took a C # course there. (Open learning), did not give me anything useful.
