Where are comments stored in the admin? And how can I get a list of all comments?

I found the basic functionality in Bitrix: adding a comment to a product, the user can leave a comment on this product, the administrator can accordingly reply to this comment or delete it.

Question:
1) Where are these comments stored? where in the admin panel can I see the whole list?
2) Is it possible to display a list of all product comments (maybe there are some components or via GetList )?

Maybe because index.php?route=module/callback/write is a GET request, not a POST request, so $this->request->post is empty as expected.
