Where are changes made to TXT and MX?
Good day. The organization decided to switch from a no-name mail service to MS Office 365, with all the consequences... Primary setup - adding a TXT record to the domain, and an MX record. The initial question is where should these changes be introduced? I understand that the domain name registrar should provide such a tool, but it refers to the hosting. If we abandoned the previous hosting, how to make these changes?

First, you can see where the ns-records look
https://dnschecker.org/#NS/toster.ru
and there is a DNS server that needs to be configured, most likely to whom you pay for the domain or who has hosting, they get access to the panel , look for DNS records there, if they give, if not, then run to pdd of Yandex, Google or at least mail (it seems to be)
