Ability to comment on issues in Jira/Redmine via mail
Glad to welcome everyone!
Many people use Jira or Redmine project management systems.
I would like to ask: has anyone managed to "find" and "light up" such a plugin to one of these platforms, so that it would be possible to comment on tasks via mail?
How I will present it:
1. A notification is sent to the mail that a task has appeared in which I am either an observer or an executor. Or a notification about some change has come.
2. I just click “reply” in my mail, I write, for example, “Yes. Solidarity. It can also be done this way or this way.”
3. This answer is automatically added to the task as a comment from the account to which my mail is linked.
Thanks in advance!

JIRA has handlers that allow you to either create or comment on tickets. They are called:
Create Issue Handler
Full Comment Handler
, etc. (cvs comment. regex, non quoted)
They are configured through Services.
At least that's how it is in version 3.13. I myself used only the creation of tickets through the mail.
We ourselves are now moving to Redmine with BugZilla and also attended to your question for the same reasons.
So far I've found this , but haven't figured it out yet. But this seems to be what we need.
