Where (and is it worth it at all) can you learn how to work as a designer in Wordpress?

There was a need to make sites on wordpress for different customers (most likely from templates with themeforest). There is the possibility of training with certification, but there is no understanding of where this can be done.
In fact, I would just like to understand the basics of the framework, maybe get some additional knowledge that will help in performing the above tasks. Now, technically, my work tasks are website design in Figma and transfer to layout.

Accordingly, the question is whether someone can advise courses that would suit me. And do I need them at all, or is it easier to figure it out from YouTube videos and not rack my brains with unnecessary information.
