Where and How to find direct-commander folders on Windows 10?

Worked in the new Direct Commander. It was updated and "glitched" - it freezes and every time you log in it asks you to reboot or send a report and reboot.
I contacted Direct support. Sent instructions for Mac.

Does anyone have experience and a solution to this issue for Windows?
P / S: Direct Commander deleted, reinstalled, searched for hidden folders - did not find it.
