How best to compose an advertisement and choose the right direction?

Hello! The situation is as follows: there is a popular brand of cable, people are looking for it, and there is a similar brand in terms of design and parameters, but with a different name. How to promote your own brand using Yandex Direct using a popular brand?
My ideas for now:

  • Create a promo page with a sign of compliance and drive all traffic there
  • In the title, indicate the occurrences of the key of a popular brand, indicating that there is an analogue (if the number of characters allows

Am I thinking right?
Is it generally good to use someone else's brand of cable?

  1. Using a registered trademark in the title and description of an ad can get you into trouble. This is a violation. Moreover, Yandex will quietly skip the ad, but if the owner sees and records the fact that you are using his trademark in advertising, he will simply sue and win with a high degree of probability.
PS: There is information that a precedent has already been created in which company A managed to prove that company B used keywords that contained the name of the trademark of company A, which led to a decrease in company A's income. So far, this is at the level of rumors, because such a court decision I haven't seen yet.
If we talk about advice, then:
    a) audit a competitor, find out what keywords he uses in the poison using SpyWords.
    b) collect and work on a good semantic core of thousands for 20-30 keywords and launch.
    c) Consider AdWords. The share of presence of Russian businesses in Yandex is higher than in Google. This means that competing there at the moment is, firstly, easier; second, it's cheaper.
