Where and how, is it possible to find a paid job at the age of 16?

I have some work experience in a real company - https://retentioneering.com/

I know:
- At a good level of JS (~6 years), and in principle web development. I worked with different frameworks, for example with React and Vue, I know TypeScript, I use Node.JS very often.
- I have good knowledge of Go (~3 years), C (~4 years), Lua (~3 years).
- Also wrote in Haskell and Python.

Actually, is this experience enough to take me somewhere at the age of 16? :D

You need development skills in a team, participation in open source projects can help with this.
You can also try to carry out one-time projects on exchanges , but I would not advise on upwork yet, if something goes wrong and ruins your reputation, then it will be difficult, almost impossible to restore your "good name"
You can even try to get a job in some kind of office, but you must understand that due to your age you will be treated in a certain way (like a baby :) ) - this can upset you, but remember that this will pass with age :)

Although ... just now it's summer, in summer it's the other way around - the fact of infancy is a plus! Employers receive a quota for the employment of youngsters - and they must report for its implementation.
