Where and how best to store up-to-date databases for projects?

Hi all.
Please tell me how you deal with database migration when developing in a team. We have 3+ people working on a project at the same time. Throwing bases to each other is not convenient. Development in git.

Migrations are written when changing the base, Bitrix only does not have one out of the box, so you can take something more like it from github.

A very interesting and burning question in the world of Bitrix :)
The fact is that so far, unfortunately, no one has learned how to work with version control systems in Bitrix).
Traditionally, there are not so many solutions:
1) "Migrations for developers" by Andrey Ryabin marketplace.1c-bitrix.ru/solutions/sprint.migration
2) Migrato by Intervolga https://github.com/intervolga/intervolga.migrato post in support https://www.intervolga.ru/blog/projects/bitrix-dat...
3) Other custom automated migration solutions (for example, a script that launches some software after commit)
4) The traditional "hands-on" approach (when each writes down what changes he made and when transferring them all are repeated)
Alas, no matter how we fought, we haven’t managed to make friends with Bitrix24 yet - sometimes crm statuses fall off, then BPs are not processed (after all, there can also be parameters and constants and code), so the 3 + 4 approach works for us ( bad, but what to do)
