What is the difference between caching methods in Bitrix?

Here is what we managed to find out at the moment from the scattered documentation and Bitrix courses.

Words related to caching:
1) Autocaching
2) Auto+Managed
3) Managed
4) Unmanaged
5) HTML caching (no longer exists)
6) Сache Dependencies

Do I understand correctly that Managed caching == Сache Dependencies?
What is the difference between Autocaching and Managed?

In the component settings, you cannot set either Auto or Managed separately, but in the admin panel for them there are separate tabs with inclusion.

------

PHP methods have:
1) CPageCache
2) CPHPCache
3) $this->StartResultCache()

In essence, CPHPCache is a more advanced CPageCache. Why then do you need CPageCache at all?
Why the $this->StartResultCache() method if it implements CPHPCache functionality?

Bottom line: a lot of disparate information and different concepts, some of which mean one thing.
Please help me figure it out.
