Why do I get the error Error: this script must be started from Web Server's DOCUMENT ROOT when moving a site?

Hello! I created a backup copy in the Bitrix admin panel, downloaded it, downloaded the restore.php file (needed to transfer to another hosting). I open my test VPS and see this:
Error: this script must be started from Web Server's DOCUMENT ROOT
But I don't want to run the migration script at the root of the site!

Bitrix works only in the root of the site. No other way! Don't like it, make a subdomain
