When you turn on the computer, there is no image?
When you turn on the computer, the computer starts up. coolers are working. No image. Tried another video card, didn't help. The latch on the PCI slot is broken, which means the video card is moving quietly. Perhaps because of this or not?

No, unless of course you didn’t pop the card on a hot one.
