When working in VisualStudio with HTML, I deleted part of the code, how can I restore it?

When working with HTML text in VisualStudio, I overdid it with Ctrl + Z and subsequently deleted 2 hours of work, what should I do?

Ctrl+Shift+Z, if the studio was not closed
In general, if there are no backups, then nothing can be done.
You need to learn to store intermediate data.
And yes, VCS is our everything

On ctrl + Z there is a return ctrl + Y, but only if you have not started typing again. For the future, if you don’t know what version control systems are, then just press ctrl + shift + S more often and make another copy of the project.
