Toaster

When will the toaster be able to mark an answer as poor quality?

Thanks in advance to the creators of this service. BUT many answers on the toaster are 0% informative. For example: "do it yourself", "why is it necessary?" etc. Terribly annoying, but the most important thing is that in the feed the question is visible as answered and this reduces the number of people who view it.
In my opinion, it is necessary to make the "answer - shit" button, I apologize for my Russian. So that such answers are not taken into account, and ideally, the author would receive +1 to "uselessness on this planet" in his statistics.
I would even create a "TOP of the most useless humanoid non-thinking creatures."

This button has been around for a long time. It 's called My Precious Complain .
We (me and Sméagol) really love it when someone complains, because it gives us the opportunity to abuse moderator powers.

The "Report" button has the option to report spam. And in general there is "another", so you can complain about anything.
Quite a lot of questions and comments on these complaints are cut out from the toaster, judging by the fact that every day I get such questions from RSS.

This is a policy of tolerance, so as not to offend anyone, you can only put a plus, a minus is impossible. On the same stackowerflow, you can put a minus to both the question and the answer. As long as Toaster doesn't have enough audience not to be put off by the current politics in place, I think it will hold.
