When to connect ads on the site?

Hey! As a beginner, I wondered when, at what point, and under what circumstances to use advertising on the site?
Please share your experience =)

As a rule, when the site is completely ready and approved by Google or Yandex moderators, if you mean advertising from these two companies. If your site is little visited and does not burn with content, you will not be connected to advertising. Everything here comes, basically, from common sense, when money for views from your site will drip, however, conversions to advertisers' sites will not be added.
