When should you start learning JavaScript?
At the moment I work as a simple loader, consider going down a difficult path to make it easier, I could go on and continue to sit out my pants in pairs, but college is enough for me. Now after 4 years of successfully fucked up, I decided to finally start to study at least something related to my "education". For 2 months I have been studying web development most of my free time on weekdays, and it seems to be doing well. I would like to ask you at what stage should I learn Java script? I seem to have learned HTML and CSS, although not at the level of an experienced web developer, but I already know how to make websites a little, although it takes a lot of time. However, in all my attempts, I notice elements of Java Script in the templates, and I would like to start learning it, but I don’t know if it’s worth it if I haven’t even “got on my feet” yet in learning CSS. I will be glad to any answers, even the most negative.

It’s worth studying right away, since there is no layout without js anymore.
Freeman Learning programming in js.
Then you need to read Jquery about all the functions jquery.page2page.ru/index.php5/%D0%97%D0%B0%D0%B3%...
This is enough for layout
For frontend
Read https://learn.javascript.ru/ up to and including objects,
read all the methods of numbers of strings, arrays and objects on mdn,
then practice on codewars.com on these topics,
then study vue or react, start from the docks, then study books and courses, everything you can find.
Briefly and clearly: the stages of development in the web HTML5, CSS3, JAVASCRIPT, then Jquery, then choose one of the CSS3 preprocessors and use it, I recommend looking towards SASS for now, if you want to be a front-ender or layout designer, although layout is an integral part of the front. With regards to Jquery, I advise you to practice on it and then return to js native, because jquery is already starting to fade into the background, since all modern browsers already support js well, learn js ES6
I could go on and continue to sit my pants in pairs,
