Author, google the topics of diplomas or term papers of these specialties, much will become clear. This is a fairly accurate way to determine what they do in the specialty (discarding all the marketing nonsense about them), sorry I got to it 10 years after graduation. In addition, by looking at supervisors, you will understand which of the professors specialize in what you are interested in and in which university they live. Good luck!

No, they don't teach hackers. What will be taught in these specialties in this stream is known only in the selection committee.

Infobez you may be surprised, but this is not particularly related to hacking , read what it is , more with administrative prohibitions, and so on. You are more likely to talk about pentesting and vulnerability research, you can normally only learn this yourself (if you have a lot of extra money, of course, you can look for courses, but I wouldn’t expect much from them, you can find everything for free).

What is the difference between the areas of training listed above and what

read university programs and find out what is the difference

and which of the above directions is most suitable for preparing a pentester

None. This is not taught. This is being learned. The ability to independently search and find answers to questions is the first skill of any information security specialist. If you don't have it, can it be delivered? :)
