Is there a career lift in the IT field?

Good evening colleagues! As a young and ambitious "future" IT specialist, I would like to ask you - seasoned and seasoned specialists about a career path. My goal is to take leadership positions in a company/corporation by the age of 25-30. Tell me, is there a possibility of a "career lift", and what is needed for this (trainings, advanced training, second higher education, etc.)? Thank you all for your attention! (PS: Please, without phrases like "Oh, these students", etc., there are no IT people in the family, there is no one to ask, but for me your precious experience is very important)

Not every programmer can be a manager, just like a good manager/supervisor can be a bad programmer.
In order to pump skills for a leadership position, you must be able to think, be able to speak beautifully and correctly, convince, and understand team members. Those. trainings and books on the development of leadership abilities (and, of course, the application of these abilities), on psychology, rhetoric, teamwork, doing business, working with partners / clients, etc.

I wonder what answer you expect? "Go to the waystone, then 300 fathoms to the side, there is a chest with the key to the career elevator buried under the oak tree"?
Get a job, there it will become obvious on the spot what needs to be studied and who to be in order, for example, to take the place of your boss.

To take a leadership position in a company, you need to think for yourself.

It is enough just to change jobs once a year with a good promotion, for a specialist this is generally not a problem.

You can quickly take a leadership position by opening your own company.

Unfortunately, the answer most likely will not please you - an elevator is possible - but ... completely by accident.
At some point, you must get into the right company - where there will be a free place for a certain boss, and besides you - there will be no applicants. 25 years is a little life experience and, accordingly, a global misunderstanding of many aspects of life. If you are doing well with responsibility and life experience, then you will not need all these tips. The people who will appoint you to the position will quickly see that you are suitable. And accordingly, if you do not fit this parameter, they will also see it. Then it is better to make an older person the boss - and you - let you be a wonderful specialist - will offer solutions ... and it will not be you who will make the final decisions.

There is a normal career lift in large outsourcing companies.
On the other hand, do you really need a managerial career if you are into programming?
I mean that:
nurse - head nurse - career end.
driver - deputy head of the transport department - head of the transport department.
junior programmer - mid programmer - senior programmer - programmer-architect/team leader
If you need a leadership position in a company, this is management, not IT. Well, that is, yes, it’s not bad to understand programming in order to be a leader in an IT company, but just taking and getting this position by studying IT will not work. We need management, languages, managerial skills and the ability to do this in practice. Or open your own office.

You need to decide why you set this goal for yourself:
Do you want to manage people because you like the process itself, and IT does not play a special role here?
Do you want to lead people, because you associate it with a beautiful life "Gazprom dreams come true"?
Do you see yourself as a top professional, and in your view, the position of a manager is simply a necessary “status fetish” as confirmation of your viability?
Do you want to lead people because you think/see yourself in the future as worthier and better than others, do you want to realize yourself in this way as well?
Which option is closer to you?
