When rendering video in Sony vegas pro 14, the processor is loaded up to 100% and 60-70 degrees, is this normal?

I am a youtuber and I constantly edit videos, but the problem is that the processor loads at 100% and 60-70 degrees, will the processor burn out?

No, it won't burn. Yes, it is normal. You can see the max temperature for your processor on the website of the manufacturer of the processor, according to its model
Once it is rendered - it’s clear that the percentage works at 100% ... let it work)

it's normal if the video codec is software, i.e. uses only the CPU for video processing, and there is a lot of processing there.
put a codec with support for hardware accelerators, also with support for processing on a vidyuhi / GPU, etc.
