When reinstalling Mac OS, it gives an error, what could be the problem?

I decided to reinstall MacOS, which for one reason or another (not the point) I had to cancel halfway through, restarted the installation process, but the system gives an error: “an internal error occurred while copying the installer to the destination”, how to fix it? :(
